Former ENCORE Owner Anthony Olbres

Anthony Olbres spent more than five years as the owner of ENCORE. During his time in this position, he managed the creation of numerous trial store environments for clients in the hip-hop world. He has developed consumer displays for CIROC vodka and multiple Rossignol retail stores in Aspen. Anthony Olbres oversaw all design processes, from conceptualization through to installation.

Before his time at ENCORE, Anthony Olbres spent over a decade as a design director for INTEREX, Inc., in Amesbury, Massachusetts. He led projects in a wide range of design phases, and has earned numerous Best of Show honors from the Shoe Show, Ski Show, and Outdoor Retailer Show. Earlier in his career, he held several automotive design positions with General Motors in Warren, Michigan.

Mr. Olbres graduated from Detroit’s Center for Creative Studies with high honors. After receiving his industrial design degree, he accepted a full employment offer from General Motors Styling. In this position, he helped develop advanced exterior designs for the Pontiac brand. Apart from his design work, he enjoys travel, writing, and cooking.
